Please arrive with your hair clean, fully detangled, and product-free so we can start styling immediately and maintain long-lasting install quality.
A small $5 deposit is required to secure your appointment spot. Final payments are accepted via Cash, CashApp, and Mobile Payment methods.
Most braid services include standard hair. If you require specialty custom colors or specific hair types, add-on fees may apply. Contact Juju prior to your booking to confirm.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Because styling is time-intensive, this allows us to manage the schedule fairly for all clients.
A 15-minute grace period is provided. Beyond 15 minutes, a $20 late fee applies and your style duration may need to be adjusted. Excessive delays will require rescheduling.
Yes! Children's hair is welcomed. Please choose age-appropriate styles and ensure hair is washed, thoroughly detangled, and blow-dried prior to arrival.
